Hee-Joong (Alex) Kim is Senior Counsel at HwaHyun and a member of the firm’s International Practice and Visa & Immigration Groups. His practice focuses on international arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution, contract drafting, review and negotiation, and visa and immigration matters.
Mr. Kim advises and represents clients in disputes involving unfair trade practices, subcontracting, franchise relationships, public procurement, and commercial leases. He also advises clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, including the drafting and review of related agreements, and assists individuals and businesses with visa, immigration, residency, and nationality matters.
